Taco Ring

Everyone loves this and its so easy to make.  I serve with Mexican rice and black beans.

Ingredients:

2 cans crescent rolls
1 lb ground beef
Taco seasoning
1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese

Brown meat, drain, and season with taco seasoning per package directions.  Lay out crescent rolls pointed side facing out onto a round stone, overlap the crescents a little as you make a circle on the stone.  Spoon ground beef onto crescent rolls, cover with shredded cheese.  Then, fold over crescent rolls sealing all edges to make a ring.

Bake at 375 degrees until crescents are golden brown, usually about 10-12 minutes.
