Vegetable & Beef Soup Hotdish
1 lb hamburger
2 cups elbow macaroni
1 large can Vegetarian Beef or Vegetable ABC soup
Cook hamburger till done. Cook macaroni according to package directions and drain. In a large kettle combine cooked hamburger, cooked macaroni and soup. Heat through and serve.
* To add more moisture use V8 juice, tomato juice or occasionally I have added cream style corn.
** Kids love this recipe and it's fast, easy and budget friendly.
