Creamy Chicken Pot Pie
About 2 pounds chicken leg quarters
One bag frozen mixed vegetables
One can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
One package frozen pie shells
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil the chicken until cooked. Remove from water and let cool. Remove chicken from bones and shred it into large mixing bowl. Add vegetables, soup, and salt and pepper. Put into pie shell and invert second shell on top. Crimp around edges and cut slit to vent. Place pie on baking sheet and put in oven. Bake for about 1 hour until top crust is golden brown.
