Grandma's Bread Pudding

My grandma would make this often for my sisters and I as kids, and even to this day. This is great to use when you have stale bread.

Grandma's Bread Pudding

3 eggs
3 cups of milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4-1 cup of sugar (depending on taste preference and amount of bread used)
Dash of salt
Dry or old bread
1 tsp cinnamon


*Mix together all ingredients except for cinnamon in a casserole dish or baking pan. Size depends on how much bread you have.

*Sprinkle cinnamon on top.

*Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes. Poke with knife, if it comes out clean then it's done. Baking time varies.
