My favorite go to recipe in a pinch is this one!
Fix a box of macaroni and cheese, as directed on the box.
Brown a pound of hamburger (if serving just two or three, you can use less than half a pound), drain and add to the prepared macaroni and cheese.
Add a can of tomatoes, juice and all (I like to add the tomatoes that already have other ingredients like onions, peppers, etc. But you can add your own variety of seasonings too!)
Heat thoroughly and serve.
We often eat this as a meal and, you can add bread and a vegetable to stretch it further. It's really good on a cool/cold day. Enjoy!
